A Gorgeous Afternoon

There is nothing like a last minute deal. I read last week that the Arboretum was offering $1 admissions during the month of August. Today was the only day we could go, so after Sunday School, we headed out to the Dallas Arboretum for a picnic lunch and some flower gazing and picture taking. We had a fantastic day and really loved being able to hang out as a family with no to-do list, no time frame and really no plan. What a perfect way to spend a gorgeous afternoon!
